Position	Job Summary/Major Responsibilities	Eligibility Criteria
Divisional Head Branch Banking Operations Grade: EVP-I/EVP Location: Lahore	Overall responsible to supervise and manage Branch Banking operations with the focus on customer service excellence while continuous improvement in overall control environment of the branches in light of laid down policies and procedures of the bank. Supervise improvement in control environment in the branches which must reflect in independent assessments of Internal Audit, SBP inspections and other controlling offices while maintaining financial discipline in the branches.	Qualification: Minimum graduation from a HEC recognized university/ foreign university. Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking experience with 05 years in similar role. Age: Upto 55 Years as of April 10, 2022.
Zonal Head- Branch Banking Operations Grade: SVP-I/SVP Location: Islamabad	Primary responsibility will be supervising and managing Branch Banking operations of Retail Banking Group (RBG) of respective cluster of regions with the with focus on customer service excellence while keep on improving overall control environment of the branches in light of laid down policies and procedures of the bank. Improvement in control environment in the branches must reflect in independent assessments of Internal Audit. SBP inspections and other controlling offices while maintaining financial discipline in the branches.	Qualification: Minimum graduation from a HEC recognized university/ foreign university. Experience: Minimum 09 years of banking experience with 03 years in similar role. Age: Upto 55 Years as of April 10. 2022.
Divisional Head Centralized Processing Grade: EVP-I/EVP Location: Lahore	Supervise and Manage Centralized Processing Unit (for Centralized Account Opening and Clearing Functions) in the light of BOP policies & procedures, Regulatory Guidelines as well as best practices while meeting service standards through operational efficiency and keeping operational risk at minimum. The ideal candidate should have planning, organizational, people management and leadership skills to effectively manage the total activities and end-to-end processes in the Division in order to provide uninterrupted, high quality, efficient and effective processing support to the branches, departments and stakeholders.	Qualification: Minimum graduation from a HEC recognized university/ foreign university. Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking experience with 05 years in similar role. Age: Upto 55 Years as of April 10, 2022.
Divisional Head Governance Grade: SVP/EVP Location: Lahore	Overall responsible to manage governance and compliance across various divisions under Operations Group. The incumbent shall be primarily responsible to lay down thresholds levels for operational and fraud risks, regulatory and reputational risk and compliance risk across various divisions under enterprise risk management framework.	Qualification: Minimum graduation from a HEC recognized university/ foreign university. Experience: Minimum 09 years of banking experience with 04 Years in similar role.
