Chief Financial Officer:
The candidate must be a member of recognized body of professional accountants, preferably FCA with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with post qualification experience of minimum 15 years of which 5 years must be at a senior position in a reputable public listed company.
A strong business acumen, experience in financial planning, treasury management, and audit, compliance & control and taxation matters will be preferred. Additionally, strong verbal and written communication as well as negotiation skills will be an added advantage. The candidate will be expected to maintain a cordial relationship with all external stakeholders including legal advisors, tax consultants, regulatory authorities (PSX, SECP, SBP, FBR, etc.).
Company Secretary:
The candidate must be a member of a recognized institute of professional accountants or member of a recognized institute of corporate / chartered secretaries such as ICAP/ICMAP/ICSP with post qualification experience of 5 years. The candidate will be expected to maintain a cordial relationship with all external stakeholders including legal advisors, regulatory authorities (PSX, SECP, SBP, etc.).
The candidate would be responsible for ensuring secretarial compliance with financial and legal requirements as well as maintaining high standards of corporate governance. The candidate is also expected to have a strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2017, Listing Regulations and other applicable Laws. Ability to effectively handle multi-tasking. A key part of the role will be to act as a point of communication between the Board of Directors and management as well as shareholders.
