Deputy Director Human Resources

Qualification/Experience/Skills:

Professional degree in Human Resources (HR) from an HEC recognized educational institution with minimum five (5) years of experience of performing human resource functions in modern corporate setup. As a key member of HR, We ideal candidate is expected to contribute in HR matters like HR planning & strategies, career planning & development, job analysis & specification, succession planning, training & development, performance management system, recruitment, etc. Preferred skills ar  as under:

  • Organizational Development (OD)
  • Good understanding of different HR models
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of latest HR information systems
  • Teamwork & Collaboration skills
  • Understanding of Labor Laws and disciplinary procedures

Age Limit: 35 years

Deputy Director Law

Qualification/Experience/Skills:

Professional degree in law i.e. LLB or equivalent from an HEC recognized educational institution with minimum five (5) years of experience in law practice and/ or of working as in-house counsel or legal consultant. The candidates having LLM/Bar-at-Law, and experience in the following areas may be preferred subject to other suitable requirements:

  • Exposure to commercial, financing, construction and concession agreements, and associated documents
  • Exposure to Regulatory laws and issues of the Energy/Power industry.
  • Corporate, commercial, taxation and insurance issues
  • Demonstrated understanding of dispute resolution mechanism

Age Limit: 35 years

 

Project Officer Hydropower

Qualification/Experience/Skills:

Professional degree in Engineering from an HEC recognized educational institution. The candidates conversant with the energy/power sector will be given preference subject to good knowledge in the following areas:

  • Hydropower infrastructure projects design
  • Feasibility studies
  • Preparation & evaluation of reports/bids

Age Limit: 30 years

Good communication & interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer software like MS Word and MS PowerPoint are required for the above positions.
