Governance & Policy Project Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (GPP-KP) is a Multi Donors Trust Fund (MDTF)/World Bank funded project, functioning under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Planning & Development Department. The project is assisting the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Governance Sector Reforms and Public Financial Management (PFM) Reforms in the province. The Project is also mandated to provide technical support to the PPP unit, P&D Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to improve public investment management through Public Private Partnership. A Government Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends to launch ADP/AIP Project in Merged Areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The following project posts are to be filled purely on merit as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy, 2008;

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

  1. All the posts will be filled on fixed pay, initially for one-year contract, which will be extendable on performance basis.
  2. Application of the candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of his/her academic qualification, relevant experience from Government/Semi Government Organization/Institutes & professional skills, age limit and personal interviews.
  3. Selection will be made purely on merit to be determined by the Departmental Selection Committee as per criteria mentioned in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy 2008.
  4. The zonal allocation formula shall not be applied to project posts.
  5. All the candidates may apply on the prescribed Application Form with a recent photograph and attested copies of CN IC, academic credentials. relevant experience certificates.
  6. Candidate can apply only for one post. Dual applications will be rejected.
  7. Incomplete application form without the required documents will be rejected.
  8. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
  10. Maximum age limit will be reckoned on the last date of the submission of application.
  11. Candidates submitted course completion certificate, irrelevant experience certificate for the posts as mentioned at serial No. 1-7 will be rejected.
  12. Deadline for the receipt of application is 15 days from the date of circulation of advertisement.
