Services of a dynamic and qualified full time professional are required for the senior position of the Director General in Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), Islamabad.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • PhD in relevant subjects(s) (Fine Arts, Social /Management Sciences/ Mass Communication/ Media Studies or related disciplines from HEC recognized University / equivalent foreign qualification) with 14 years professional experience in the relevant field
  • OR
  • Masters in relevant subjects(s) (Fine Arts, Social /Management Sciences/ Mass Communication/ Media Studies or related disciplines from HEC recognized University / equivalent foreign qualification) with 18 years-experience in the relevant field;
  • knowledge/ research in art and culture shall also be treated an additional experience
  • In case of foreign qualified shortlisted candidates, equivalence certificate will be obtained from HEC before final selection.

  • Eligibility will be determined and selection will be finalized as per approved Government policy. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview. The candidates shall not be entitled to any TA/DA for appearing in the interview.

(In case of selection, the candidate working in Government Department or Autonomous or Semi Autonomous Bodies will have to resign or seek retirement before joining of the new assignment)
