ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to think critically, act innovatively, find solutions to problems and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, teamwork skills.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • Foreign degree holders need to furnish equivalency certificate from HEC prior to selection.
  • Maximum 25 years of age is required on the date of advertisement. However, special consideration of three years will be given to locals in age relaxation.
  • Only top scorers shall be called for the interviews. Our client reserves the right to set the test cut-off based on number of trainees' requirements and test results.
  • All shortlisting and selection shall be based on merit only, use of any means to influence the recruitment process will lead to disqualification of the candidate.

  • To vet agreements, MOUs, addendums etc. and other legal documents and render legal opinion in the matter, if required.
  • To provide legal advisory services and other required legal assistance to the departments on their different legal issues after review of inquiry reports, charge sheets, show cause notices, Court Orders and other relevant documents.
  • Review all relevant contracts, agreements, letters, proposals etc. to ensure compliance to the prevailing laws and regulations, and raise issues that may have legal and statutory implications to the Company.
  • Keep abreast of legal and statutory development pertaining to the business of the Company, update and advise the supervisor accordingly.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • The candidate must have a Law Degree from HEC recognized Law University or Institution. Solicitor, Bar-at-law, L.L.M. or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Possess overall 4 years of professional experience with minimum 2 years related experience in a junior management position.
  • Ability to work independently having excellent interpretation and drafting skills.
