Post Qualification and Experience
Director Planning Development  16 year of education of B.E (Civil) /MBA/ M.Com/ in First Class along with LLB from HEC recognized university/ institution. 3rd division shall not be considered in any academic qualification. Minimum 17 years experience in BPS-17 or equivalent to BPS-17 or above in a university/government department/ autonomous organization/ private firms of repute/ having command over finance, audit, civil engineering and SPPR Rules, 2010
 Inspector of Colleges  Post graduation preferably in First Class, or equivalent qualification, 12 years administrative experience in posts equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a university plus sufficient teaching experience. Preference shall be given to university experienced candidates.
Controller of Examinations 
 
Post graduation/ 16 years of education in first class or equivalent qualifications and 12 years teaching/ administrative/ examinations in post BPS-17 or equivalent to BPS-17 and above at University level in related responsibility and conversant with rules & regulations of examinations.
