JOB PROFILE
An ideal candidate must have solid expertise in implementation of complete HR lifecycle.ranging from HR Strategy. Organizational Development, Compensation & Reward Management. Performance Management and Development. The Candidate must have experience in General Administration. Labor or Employees Relations management.Fleet Management, Faculty management and Public Procurement under PPRA rules. The Candidate should have hands on knowledge of Change management and reforms implementation by aliging HR Strategic. Plan with overall business goals of the organization.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate mus be :
- Master in HR or MBA (HR or MPA 16 years of Education) From a reputed national or international university duly recognized from Higher Education of Pkaistan. Degree in law or any international certification in HR will be considered as added qualification.
- At least Fifteen (15) years of relevant post qualification experience with 05 years in Senior Management Positions (BPS-19) and above in the case of Public sector
- An ideal candidate must be acquanted with ERP tools, Outsourcing/Contract management
UPPER AGE LIMIT
Maximum 55 years as on the last date of submission of application.
REMUNERATION
Competitive Salary package Commensurate with the qualification and experience.
TENURE

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- The candidate must have at least any one of the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical I Electronics 1 Mechanical l Mechatronics) must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC); OR
- Master Degree (Business / Management I Commerce) from a university 1 institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC); OR
- Fellow Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants (ICAP I ICMAP or others).
- The candidate must have at least 20 years' experience, out of which 07 years should be at senior management level position in any public sector, national or multinational organization. The experience of Power 1 Energy, Generation Sector will be given preference.
AGE
The age of the candidate should not be more than 62 years as on the last date of submission of application.
TENURE
The assignment will be purely on contract basis for a period of three years, extendable with mutual consent and subject to satisfactory performance. During the contract period, the selected candidate will work on the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
A negotiable market based competitive salary package commensurate with the qualification and experience will be offered to the selected candidate for which MP-I Scale will be used for indicative purpose (Hiring will not be under MP Scale Policy).
